Three top comedians will be taking to the Annabel’s stage for a night of laughs, 2-4-1 cocktails and fun!

Don’t be in a rush to leave after the comedy – The show will be immediately followed by live music from All About Iris, plus DJ JAMES JORDAN upstairs in the Disco!


Tickets: £12 in advance (+ £1.20 Booking Fee)

– Doors: 7.30pm
– Show starts: 8.30pm promptly

We encourage early arrival between 7.30pm-8pm to ensure everyone is served and seated for 8.30pm.

If you are attending the show as a group, please try and book your tickets together or under the same booking name to ensure you will be seated together. If this is not possible, please inform us at admin@annabelscabaret.co.uk and we will endeavour to get you all seated in the same area providing there is sufficient notice.


THE LINE UP:

★★★ ALAN FRANCIS ★★★

Scottish comedian Alan Francis first came to the notice of comedy audiences when he won Channel 4’s ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ Award in 1991. Since then his reputation has grown as a writer, stand-up and actor.

After winning Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny? at the Edinburgh Festival, Alan became a regular performer on the UK and international comedy circuits and has performed stand-up on TV a number of times.

He has appeared on TV in Psychoville and Mid Morning Matters with Alan Partridge and has been in Knowing Me Knowing Yule, Alistair McGowan’s Big Impression, Ancona and Co, Alas Smith and Jones, The BBC Stand Up Show, the Alan Davies Show and Alexei Sayle’s Stuff.

Alan has also appeared in TV dramas, Between the Lines and Taggart, and has sustained a successful theatre career, working in the West End, The Royal Court, The National Theatre of Scotland, the RSC and a number of regional theatres.

★★ LEIGH DOUGLAS ★★

Leigh Douglas is an Irish actor, writer and stand-up comic. She trained as a comedy writer at The National Film and Television School.

As a comedy writer, Leigh’s work has been staged at the The Ovalhouse, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The Hope, and the Dublin International Gay Theatre Festival.

She has been long-listed for the Funny Women Writing Award 2022 and was selected as one of four UKTV Female Pilot Club Female Writers Initiative 2022 finalists. Her comedy short, You’re Alright Hun won Best Micro Short at the Women’s Comedy Film Festival, Atlanta 2023.

★★ BEN TRELOAR ★★

Having just won the first semi-final of Cornish Comedian of the Year, Ben is a rising star of the Southwest stand-up scene. With audiences occasionally enjoying his deadpan musings on life, he’s quickly performing much further afield than his native Cornwall, recently becoming a finalist at Standup for Cider, one of the biggest competitions in the Southwest circuit. 

Join him on a sarcastic journey as he rambles about exciting topics such as; supermarkets, urinals and how to steal material from better comedians.
